The objective of this project was to rebrand "Incentive Awards", an event that celebrates excellence across the incentive, reward, and recognition industry.
The aim of the rebrand was to refresh the visual identity while retaining the recognisable navy blue and gold color scheme of the previous brand.
It was also important to update the font to "Barlow" to ensure brand consistency, as it was being used in other events within the "Reward Strategy" portfolio.

The design concept for the "Incentive Awards" rebrand focused on creating a modern and sophisticated visual identity that reflects the event's message of excellence and recognition.
To achieve this, the logo was refreshed with the addition of the Barlow font and by refining the wordmark to create a more streamlined and contemporary look.
The navy blue and gold color scheme was kept to ensure brand recognition, while the color shades were adjusted to match the desired excellence look and feel.
Bold and dynamic graphic elements were also incorporated throughout the branding, including lines and patterns, to create a sense of energy and excitement that reflects the dynamic and evolving nature of this industry.
The new “Incentive Awards” brand elevates it to a premium standard with the more prominent use of the navy blue/gold combination.
The refreshed logo design with the addition of the Barlow font and the update of the wordmark refreshes the brand while the consistent use of the color scheme keeps its recognition.
The rebranding positions the event as a milestone in the industry calendar, capturing the spirit of commitment to excellence and innovation.
