Project Summary
The brief was to create a new brand identity and website for the “Women and Diversity in Law Awards”, an event that recognises individuals and teams from across the UK legal sector for their work in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
The goal of the project was to create a visual identity that reflects the event's message of recognition and celebration, while also providing attendees with a memorable and engaging user experience.

Design Concept
Taking inspiration from the spirit of the event the design concept focus was to create a memorable and distinctive brand.
As a starting point was the "W" of the word "Women", used to create an abstract butterfly shape that represents transformation, growth, and diversity.
The butterfly shape has a fluid and organic feel, with curved lines that flow and blend together in a way that evokes a sense of movement and progress.
The three main colours used in the logo design - magenta, lime green and cyan - represent the vibrant and diverse community of individuals and teams recognised at the “Women and Diversity in Law Awards”.

Digital evening programme
The digital evening program is an interactive and immersive digital experience designed to provide attendees with a comprehensive schedule and information about the evening event.
It serves as a digital guide, allowing participants to navigate through the event's agenda, highlights, speakers, performances, and other relevant details.
The aim was to enhance the overall experience by providing easy access to key information.

Conclusion
From the vibrant colour palette to the abstract butterfly shape, we created a new, impactful and memorable brand that reflects the energy and diversity of the legal community attending the Women and Diversity in Law Awards.
